French Bistro Lamb Shanks
Our fore shanks are browned, then braised in a red
wine court bouillon with mirepoix and served with
roasted parsnips, braised carrots, sautéed mushrooms
and pearl onions, plated with burgundy jus.           23

Ginger Salmon * †
Wrapped in Swiss chard, this center cut filet of salmon
topped with fresh ginger and tamarind-chili glazed onions is
steamed in a bamboo steamer, plated and served with
coconut jasmine rice.            24

Coriander Dusted Sea Scallops * †
Large scallops sautéed to perfection served with a citrus
beurre blanc, orange curry coconut glace, balsamic paint,
 and glazed sweet potato nest. Served with coconut jasmine
rice and haricots verts.               29

Duck Breast * †
Maple Leaf Farms duck breast sautéed to order, served
with confit potatoes, baby bok choy, shiitake mushroom,
finished with an orange sherry gastrique.      27

Duck Confit †
Confit of duck leg and thigh atop a Dijon salad of
potatoes, haricots verts, and bacon, encircled by duck
infused Madeira reduction.            26

Sesame Prawns †
Sautéed prawns served with Jasmine rice, asparagus,
sesame cilantropesto and lime infused olive oil pan jus.    26

Ratatouille †
A mélange of root and vine vegetables baked in a
casserole  with our zesty tomato sauce and served with
Jasmine rice.         19

Chicken Curry †
Burmese curry of chicken leg and thigh served with
tomatoes, onions, and jasmine rice. Finished with
saffron aioli.       22

Mercy’s Steak Frites *
Hand cut USDA Prime strip served with haricots verts
and pomme frites. Choice of sauce béarnaise or
au poivre.       26

Filet * †
8 oz. USDA Prime filet mignon wrapped in smoked
bacon, grilled to order served with button mushrooms,
grilled spring asparagus and white truffle smashed
potatoes, sauce béarnaise.     32

Spring Rack * †
New Zealand rack of lamb marinated and grilled to order,
served with roasted spring asparagus and white truffle
smashed potatoes. Finished with a blueberry
fig reduction.          31

The Mercy Burger *
Large 8 ounce burger prepared the way you like it on a honey
wheat bun.  Served with lettuce, tomato, pickles, stone ground
dijonnaise and pomme frites.         12
